Valentine’s Day

Well, Valentine’s Day has come and gone.

Unfortunately, Ann and I got to see very little of each other. She left early in the morning to go to the Department of Insurance, we saw each other briefly around 5pm, then she left shortly thereafter to go see the MU vs. Baylor game with a friend (yes, a male friend — she left me on Valentine’s Day to spend time with another man — and his wife — I should throw that in to be fair — also, they’re from out-of-town and they don’t get much of a chance to see each other). When she returned home around 9pm, I was already asleep (still recovering from the flu).

Below is a picture of Ann with the flowers I got her (not shown are the DVDs I got her — The Grudge and The Grudge II — not romantic, I know, but these are really scary movies — her favorite kind). Also is a picture of Bennett and Spencer with Buffy and Sabrina. The dogs had just returned from the groomer, so I wanted to make sure I got a picture of them.

(Yes, I have dogs that go to the groomer. Is that sad or what?)

Yes, how sad – since you said you would never have a foo-foo dog. Now how much more foo-foo can you get?
