We did what millions of Americans do on the day after Christmas — we went shopping!!! We mainly went for Wii accessories — games, additional controllers, memory card, etc… No exchanging of gifts or anything that would put me in a line for too long. The Wii system must have been VERY popular this year because I think we got the last two controllers in town. One was at the Game Stop at the mall and the other was at the Game Stop south of town.
We also had lunch at an ‘ol Columbia tradition — G&D Pizza & Steaks. A little dive with low prices and a bustle of activity.
Between our Wii adventures — shopping and playing (we rented a couple of games too) — we watched the latest Harry Potter movie. Bennett received it as a gift from Miko.
Well, that’s about it for now. I’m back in full-scale work mode. Bennett is off earning Boy Scout badges…more about that tomorrow.
